Questions about our charts, suggestions for new markets to cover, corrections, or general feedback on the site are all welcome. NatGasChart.com is a small independent project and we read every message that reaches the inbox below.
The fastest way to reach us is by email:
Please include a clear subject line and, where relevant, a link to the page or chart your message relates to. That helps us respond faster and more precisely.
What to include
- Chart or data issue: URL of the page, the symbol or section affected, and what you expected to see.
- Editorial feedback: the article URL and the paragraph or claim you're responding to.
- Suggestions: a short description of the market, metric, or topic you'd like us to cover.
- Privacy or data requests: see the options listed in our Privacy Policy.
Response times
We aim to reply to most emails within a few business days. Messages sent on weekends or public holidays are answered the following week. We don't currently offer phone support or live chat — email is the only supported channel.
What we don't do
To keep expectations clear: NatGasChart.com does not provide personalised investment advice, trade recommendations, portfolio reviews, account management, or any form of brokerage service. We can't tell you whether to buy or sell a specific contract, ETF, or stock, and we can't look at a live position and comment on it. Messages asking for that kind of guidance will receive a polite note pointing back to a licensed advisor.
